The Residential History course will run from Friday 7 November to Monday 10 November 2008, at Crewe Hall, Cheshire. Highlights include lectures from Robert Harris and Professor Lisa Jardine and a visit to St Deiniol’s Library, the UK’s finest residential library.
A day of lectures and workshops devoted to the Short Story, led by Peter Hollerin, Head of English at Simon Balle School. The course will provide delegates with a deeper understanding of the genre and they will be equipped with fresh ideas to take into the KS4 & 5 classroom as to how to facilitate short story writing.
